Hollister Creative, Inc. is pleased to announce it closed out 2016 with two new awards for outstanding graphic design: an international Davey Award for a fundraising case for support booklet and an American Graphic Design Award for an annual report.
Earlier in 2016, the agency won a Communicator Award in the category “Newsletter for an Educational Institution.” The three awards this year bring Hollister Creative’s total to 31 in the past 5 years.
Hollister’s 2016 Davey Award was for the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer’s “Legacy Into Promise” case for support booklet. Nearly 4,000 entries were submitted for Davey Awards. Winners were selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) to honor “creative Davids” around the world — small firms that achieve results for their clients through out-of-the-box thinking instead of a “Giant’s payroll.”
Hollister’s 2016 American Graphic Design Award was for the AO North America Annual Report. Winners were selected by Graphic Design USA from among 10,000 entries submitted in various categories. The American Graphic Design Awards honor and promote excellence in design across many formats and disciplines.
“Competing for awards with the best agencies worldwide is motivating for our creative team, and winning is gratifying for us and the clients whose projects are honored. We are especially proud to advance the visibility of nonprofit clients such as AO North America and The Redeemer,” said Kim Landry, President of Hollister Creative.
